Tom Stathopoulos

Mr. Tom Stathopoulos was born in Montreal, Canada on Dec. 4, 1970. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. He received his Bachelor's degree Cum Laude in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1993. He also received his Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998. He then spent five years with the Pinellas and Pasco State Attorney's Office, prosecuting Misdemeanor and Felony charges including First Degree Murder. Mr. Stathopoulos was also active in coaching youth soccer and mentoring local high school students while prosecuting at the State Attorney's Office. Mr. Stathopoulos entered private practice in 2003. He is a member of the West Pasco Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Allgood-Altman America Inn of Court. His primary areas of practice are all types of Injury and Wrongful Death claims. Mr. Stathopoulos also speaks Greek and Spanish.

Mrs. Heather Stathopoulos is the founding member of Stathopoulos Law Group, P.A. and is a former State Prosecutor in Pinellas and Pasco counties. Mrs. Stathopoulos completed her undergraduate studies at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. She continued her studies, earning her Juris Doctor at Rutgers University of Law in New Jersey and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998. Mrs. Stathopoulos prosecuted Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Abuse cases for over four years in the Clearwater area. During this time, Mrs. Stathopoulos secured a Jury Verdict in a Pinellas County Courtroom in excess of 1.5 million dollars in a Wrongful Death action. In addition, Mrs. Stathopoulos also donates a sizable amount of time to her local church in various youth activities to better her community. Mrs. Stathopoulos' primary areas of practice currently include Criminal Defense, Juvenile Defense, and all types of Injury Claims.
